Aisling Bea

Aisling was born on March 16 1984, at Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's top-rated and well-known comedians. Bea has appeared on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling Claiodhnadh, or Aisling "Bea", is a famous Irish writer and actor. She was born on March 16, 1984. After appearing in bit parts on a number of Irish and British TV shows from 2009, Bea was able to begin her professional career as a stand-up comedian in 2011. Bea began performing regularly on sketch comedy and sitcoms from 2012. In 2012, after winning an award in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards she began to be booked regularly for various panel shows where she was a frequent guest. Between 2016 and 2017, she was a member of 8 Out of 10 Cats Team, in addition to being a performer on the 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown spinoff. She is the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her younger sister, was born. She was the winner of the So You think You're Funny Award twice. Bea was awarded the award to honor her father. Aisling Cliodhnadh'Sullivan' was born in Kildare town County Kildare on 16 March 1984. The father of Bea was Brian was a veterinarian who worked with horses that committed suicide aged three. However, she did not learn the cause of death until 13 years later. Her stage name Bea was a tribute for her father. Bea was the author of an opinion piece for The Guardian, published in 2017, about her experience with suicide. Bea and her younger sister Sinead were taken care of by their maternal grandmother Helen (nee Moloney) an elementary school teacher jockey trainer and an ex-professional jockey. They were both passionate about horses, race meetings and racing. Bea was initially a tourist guide for the Irish National Stud. But she realized her true passion was doing and not racing.
